The newly renamed Salt Spring Community Alliance invites islanders to share ideas and concerns about local governance, suggest solutions and potential ways to implement them. Small group discussions, information capture and full written report back. Lions Hall. 6:30-9 p.m. (Doors will open at 6 p.m., and light refreshments will be served.)
Spotlight topic is Affordable Housing (Drake Road), which will address the key themes of the Alliance working groups: infrastructure, economics, environment, housing, governance and health, in order to develop workable solutions on Salt Spring.
