Sip and Savour provides ‘gastro-tour’ of the island

Salt Spring food scene alive and well


Sip and Savour is a yearly event organized by the Salt Spring Island Chamber of Commerce. It’s a trade show or sorts that showcases some of the best food and drink that our island has to offer. It gives foodies and visitors a literal taste of Salt Spring. Through wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries, people can drink their way across the diversity that comes from the island. Gourmands and foodies can sample from local farms, bakeries and producers, and can try everything from gluten-free brownies to locally produced harissa.
